I am a freelance developer in Zaandam, next to Amsterdam, and PHP is part of earlier work: 8 projects since 2011, listed below.
- ⟶ now work Morgen is Nu: making a large catalogue easier to shop A holistic supplement shop has to serve both people who know exactly what they want and people still finding their way. I look after Morgen is Nu’s development, from product search to the checkout.
- Hacktisch Naampie: using Tinder UX to fi the best baby name Me and my wife and two friends built a baby-name app while we were expecting children. Each partner swiped through a huge collection of names; names they both liked appeared on a shared match list. It reached about 500 downloads before we retired it.
- ⟶ work AllMusic: intuitive music discovery A library music provider for producers who know the feeling they want but not the track, needed a playful browsing experience. I implemented this among everything else in both front and backoffice to manage catalogue, royalties, CRM.
- Itsavirus Deukweg: easy & fast car repairs I was one of the developers at Itsavirus building Deukweg’s Drupal website in 2014. Car owners submitted damage reports, local repair shops made offers, and owners compared them on price, distance and reviews.
- ⟶ At Itsavirus, I did most of the frontend development and built the investor and press newsroom for Wereldhave’s Drupal website. The agency’s tile design had to accommodate photographs, announcements and financial information.
- ⟶ life Evenses: all IT for booking office I built Evenses’ websites and internal booking software from its start in 2012, through its growth into an entertainment agency operating in ten countries. The office system I built in 2016 remains in use.
- Itsavirus Salt: a magazine site with a subscriber side I helped build Salt’s Drupal website in 2012, bringing editorial sections, a shop and subscriber benefits into one site. Members could access exclusive downloads and pay subscriber prices on the same product pages.
- ⟶ Itsavirus MyAdbooker: choosing advertising screens on a map I contributed to MyAdbooker as a Drupal developer with Itsavirus. The platform let media buyers select digital ad locations geographically and see the audience, reach and price of a campaign and specift real-time bidding parameters.
