Convex

I am a freelance developer in Zaandam, next to Amsterdam, and Convex is part of backend and data: 2 projects since 2023, listed below.

The backend I reach for when a product needs to feel live: the database, the functions and the realtime sync are one thing, so there is no cache to keep honest.

• 2025 ⟶ 2026 work UpLinked: LinkedIn content automation I built the backend, AI workflows, migration and billing for UpLinked’s move from Bubble to Convex, turned it into serious high-tech software, together with the two very tech savvy founders
• 2023 ⟶ now own Guidesty: planning a trip together A shared travel planner where friends build an itinerary, vote on ideas and split the bill. I’m the co-founder and lead developer in a team of three. Still in development.
